Function

As developer in the technical team at Serrala in the Netherlands you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies to serve thousands of users. You will be part of the technical team.

Responsibilities

As a .NET developer you will have overall responsibility for designing and building foundational architecture to support our billing business.

  • Design and develop robust, testable and maintainable APIs and services that are used by web, mobile and desktop clients
  • Work on an environment that leverages cloud services
  • Collaborate with other team members in requirement specification, feasibility analysis, engineering and launch planning
  • Research and make recommendations on architectural design

Location

This position is in the heart of Amstelveen (The Netherlands). Free parking and close to the bus station.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience in object oriented programming/design with the Microsoft stack using C# and .NET
  • Experience with MVC, Win Services, SOAP and REST
  • Experience with scalable and distributed systems (high availability/security/caching)
  • Excellent coding and testing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured, logical thinking even when working in a fast-paced environment under tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills, results driven, self-starting and having the ability to make change happen
  • High level of pragmatism, able of making the right trade-offs
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
