The Serrala Alevate RTP platform runs on Microsoft Azure, with data stored on the preferred side of the Atlantic Ocean. You can connect to it via API (REST or SOAP) or via SFTP exchange of batch files. Our ISO27001-certification shows we handle customer data carefully, something we also formalize for European GDPR compliance through Data Processing Agreements.
We have off-the-shelf integrations with many source systems on one end, and payment service providers (if needed) on the other. When we then start sending out payment reqeusts, we make sure that those emails and text messages are secure, arrive, and look great on every device. We will be glad to tell you more about it.
