The message can then easily slip out of sight, resulting in the customer forgetting the bill altogether. This is why AcceptEasy has introduced the Snooze feature.

AcceptEasy emails can now include the Snooze button. If customers click it because they want to defer payment, we will send the same payment request on a date that you have predetermined. A few days before the expiration date, for instance..

The email will thus reappear at the top of your customer's inbox and is top-of-mind again. A nice feature for customers who were busy enjoy the beach, or customers who want or need to arrange their finances very tightly - which helps in reducing unpaid and outstanding bills.

After clicking the Snooze link, the customer doesn't have to do anything else anymore. The customer is simply directed to our landing page, where he or she can choose a future date to receive the preminder, the channel to receive it in, or choose to pay immediately after all.

This way you help customers pay on time, and immediately make a positive and valuable impression at an important contact moment.
