Serrala Solutions, formerly known as AcceptEasy, makes receiving and paying bills easy via digital communication channels. Our customers include insurers, utilities, telecom operators, publishers, housing cooperatives and schools. We do this with a Tech team that develops and manages our SaaS platform, an Ops team that invents and implements our solutions and a commercial team to find and exploit new opportunities.
For the Ops department we are looking for a new and driven colleague.
Responsibilities
- You are co-responsible for the technical part of the commissioning of our service to new customers and the smooth implementation of additions and improvements to existing customers.
- Many of our customers deliver data to us via a file transfer protocol. The data provided must be transformed and translated into API calls on our application. You set this up by configuration on our low-code platform sometimes using java script for the custom-made parts.
- You also answer questions from customers and prospects about the use of our APIs, the technical aspects of our application and the deployability of our services.
- Many of our customers send their payment requests by email. The work involves designing and creating dynamic email templates (in HTML and CSS) that fit their corporate identity. You also think about whether the content of the expressions in various channels such as email, SMS, Whats-app, in-app is optimal and if the website covers the right content and try to optimize the UX.
- You work efficient and accurately with a 'first time right' mentality and pay a lot of attention to the look & feel, clarity and convenience for the recipient. In short, you help our customers to work with our platform as good and efficiently as possible; and make sure that our customers’ clients can pay as quickly and hassle free as possible. You will deal with a variety of customers, from SMEs to multinationals and will be offered the opportunity to work on your own professional development and try out new things.
