Pay directly from your inbox 

Immediately after finalizing the purchase, a friendly payment request is sent straight into the customer’s inbox. "It might not be groundbreaking news, but for people who take out online insurance, it is essential that paying is also easy,” said Jeroen. “People don’t like having to sign up for an account in order to pay. AcceptEasy delivers payment requests directly into the customer’s email inbox. From that point on, payment is secure and easy, and you don’t have to re-enter any data. And you can see if a payment is successful instantly, in the same email. Once the payment has been made, the status indicator in the email changes from blue into green. So customers always know if their payment was received."

This is how we want to communicate in all of our processes, including the payment process. It doesn’t take much effort at all to pay your bills with AcceptEasy. And making a mobile payment using a bank app is also very easy. Just by entering your PIN – in many cases that’s all you need to do. You don’t need a bank calculator to authorize a payment."
